Insurance Benefits
Medical, dental, vision, group life, short-term disability, and long-term disability premiums are paid in full by ONYX for all full-time team members. Families can be added for an additional cost to the team member.
Paid Time Off
Full-time team members start with 3 weeks per year with accrual each pay period for part-time and full-time team members. We observe 11 paid holidays throughout the year.
Retirement Planning
We match up to 6% in either the pre-tax or after-tax Roth for full-time and part-time team members, as well as access to a Financial Advisor through Edward Jones.
Peer Recognition
Managers and team members may recommend a co-worker to be awarded up to $750, additional PTO, or a special ONYX gift.
Tuition Assistance
We offer full-time team members reimbursement of up to $4,000 for tuition-related expenses per year.
