JUSTIN DEBORD

Justin Debord is the Senior Vice President of Business Strategies and Land & Maritime Programs at ONYX. In this role, he leads the Business Operations Team, overseeing contract and proposal management, human resources, and corporate communications. He is also responsible for the operational performance of all contract teams within the Midwest region. Before joining ONYX, Justin retired from the military as a Navy Captain, where he managed large contract and logistics support groups for both the Defense Logistics Agency and the Naval Supply Systems Command. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. Additionally, Justin is DAWIA Level III certified in Contracting. Justin is deeply committed to supporting Department of War warfighters and is proud to continue pursuing this mission through his work at ONYX.
