PAT O’CONNOR

Pat O’Connor is the Senior Vice President overseeing ONYX Program Management teams, primarily supporting the Strategic Directorate within DLA Weapons Support. In addition, Pat assists the Business Team as needed. He has been with ONYX since our beginnings in 2019. Pat is a retired Navy Supply Corps Officer who spent much of his career providing Aviation Logistics Life Cycle Management support to the Fleet. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration with specialization in Contract Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is DAWIA Level II certified in Contract Management and Level III certified in Life Cycle Logistics. Pat has a passion for supporting the Department of War and warfighter needs. He works by the philosophy: “Be Right, Be Brief, Be Gone.”
